The Aura Hotel is located a hundred meters from the Black Sea coast, in a picturesque corner of the Black Sea coast - the village of Kabardinka, 14 kilometers from Gelendzhik. The two-storey building of the hotel occupies a closed landscaped area of 2000 sq.m. The hotel can safely bear the name of an eco-hotel, because it is located on the border with a nature reserve in which relic junipers grow. The amazing combination of coniferous forests and the proximity of the Black Sea create a unique cocktail for a wonderful well-being and mood.
The hotel has 35 rooms. Bright double standard and family rooms with sea or mountain views are provided for guests. The hotel has an outdoor heated swimming pool, secured parking, an outdoor playground, a children's pool, a bar, a restaurant. For restaurants, most of the products are purchased from farmers, do not undergo unnecessary processing and are not frozen for transportation.
The hotel is automated by the dealer of LLC “Elvis-Yug" based on Shelter lite software. Thanks to automation, employees stopped manually preparing booking agreements, which made it possible to speed up the process of settling in and evicting guests. The management now sees the current and planned workload of the hotel. The possibility of booking rooms directly from the hotel's website using the Shelter PMS online booking module has been configured. Restaurants and bars on the territory of the hotel have started working on r_keeper software in a single ecosystem with Shelter software. Now guests can visit restaurants and bars without cash or bank cards, and pay the bill when leaving the hotel. Automation helped to remove routine tasks from the staff, and concentrate on service and additional sales, as well as increase revenue and increase the loyalty of guests.
