The five-star Luzhki resort, located in the Istra district of the Moscow region, faced such a question. Guests of the complex come to the resort to get the maximum level of comfort and service. A full range of services for elegant and respectable leisure, effective sports, self-care and a variety of entertainment for the whole family.
The hotel saw the need to improve the interaction between the hotel services, and also wanted to go for a cashless payment with automatic crediting of the service to the client's account.
To solve the difficult task of automating all the resources of the Luzhki resort, Shelter specialists were invited. By combining the Shelter PMS, Shelter Sport and r_keeper programs, a single platform was created in which the guest is identified at each point of sale by means of a room key or by room number. Thus, the guest orders the hotel services using a deposit or pays for them at check-out.
The highlight of the project was the introduction of a new solution for maids - the Mobile Maids web application. With this development, the hotel stopped using walkie-talkies and paperwork from the maid service. The maid in her smartphone receives a cleaning task, notes the work done there. All relevant data is immediately transmitted to the Shelter PMS system.
