On February 28, 2023, Shelter received a new 151 updates. Many useful functions have been added and improved within its framework:
- In the modules “Contract work”, “Maids” and “Guest Card”, processes have been optimized and work has been accelerated. Now it is faster and more comfortable to work in the system.
- Integration with the “Honest Sign” has been added to the system. You will be able to sell bottled water and other products required for labeling with automatic reporting.
- For the possibility of using Russian software, hotels have optimized work in the Astra Linux OS, which is necessary if you fall under the requirement of the state to use this OS.
- Improved interfaces in the following languages: Azerbaijani, English, Bulgarian, Hungarian, Georgian, Macedonian (modern), Romanian, Russian and Ukrainian
- Changes have been made to the form "Notification of the arrival of a foreign citizen" in accordance with Order No. 867 of 16.11.2022. It has become easier to fulfill the mandatory requirements of the legislation that came into force on January 1, 2023. This option is available in the Pro and Cloud versions.
- Integration with the Teamatix system. Integration with the Teamatix system has been added to the existing Shelter houseeping functionality. Even more opportunities for automation and simplification of the work of service services and maids. Now you will be able to manage your staff online on one platform. Users get a wide range of functionality for setting tasks and managing all service services in a single interface with the ability to refer to specific bookings / arrivals / guests.
- Based on user feedback, Shelter Cloud has been improved to speed up and simplify the operation of the system.
- More opportunities for Kazakhstan users with the kaspi banking terminal.
- Added the ability to accept direct payment when preauthorization is enabled. Your guests will be able to use the hotel's services without having a bank card with them. And the hotel staff can be sure that all services will be paid for.
- Optimized data exchange between Shelter Pro and Shelter Cloud. Now the full checkerboard of numbers and a list of armor are available in the Cloud version. This will be useful in the case of remote work of sales staff.
- Thanks to the support of the FIAS 2.20 protocol, a personalized greeting of the guest and the accrual of interactive television services on folio has been implemented.
