Meet the updates in the ecosystem of Shelter server and cloud software! Based on feedback from our customers, we have made a number of useful updates and improvements.
What's new?
· Shelter Cloud now has integration with Hotel Advisors. Competently use data and analytics to build forecasts, models and sales strategies and increase profits! Hotel Advisors is a Russian hospitality industry company that specializes in income management and market analytics for various accommodation facilities. Your neighbors and competitors upload data to Hotel Advisors, and you can see the average load and price for the region based on data from real hotels. This makes it easier to adjust the price and see the picture of the market.
· Also in Shelter Pro and Shelter Cloud, integration with the SureSafe lock system has appeared. Manage locks online via a web application.
· In the Shelter Cloud version, the apartment owner's Office is available – the rights to statistics on individual rooms. Now apartment owners have the opportunity to log into their personal account and view statistics on their accommodation facility in real time: apartment occupancy data, owner's finances, projected bookings, data on residents, cost data
· Synchronization of Shelter Cloud and Shelter Pro chess is available. The update allows the remote sales department to work in a cloud system and quickly access all booking data. Synchronization also allows you to connect additional modules to Shelter Pro via a cloud system.
Improvements in the system
· The ability to pay via SberPay and modified acquiring from Sber in Shelter Cloud.
· Automatic passport scanning has become even more efficient — Shelter Pro can now read stamps with a residence permit using the Regula scanner and enter them into the guest card.
· In the guest card in Shelter Pro, auto-completion of the address based on the FIAS (Federal Information Address System) is now available. Filling in without manual input will speed up the check-in procedure and save staff time.
· Shelter Cloud now has the opportunity to write a WhatsApp message to customers directly from the guest card or call through a softphone – a convenient way to find out the arrival time of guests and their additional wishes.
· In the "Event Manager" module in Shelter Pro, it is possible to attach a package of services to the event category, as well as add an image to the event. The report "Preparation of the event" has also been developed.
