Alexey Lebedev, Deputy General Director of Shelter, took part in the Cloud Cities Forum, which was held in Zaryadye and was dedicated to the prospects of megacities of the BRICS countries. The event was attended by representatives of more than 30 countries. The forum was held for two days — on September 18 and 19.
The main focus of the business program was on the development of large cities. The participants discussed topics such as digitalization, the introduction of new technologies, modern management methods, large-scale infrastructure projects and entrepreneurial activities, as well as support for the export of goods and services. In addition, the discussion focused on issues of human capital and creative industries, which experts consider key for the economies of tomorrow's cities.
Moscow has taken the first place among the largest BRICS cities in terms of technological and spatial progress, confirming its position since last year. Shanghai, St. Petersburg, Beijing and Guangzhou were also among the leaders.
