What happened

Apartments are presented on only 2 booking sites, the calendar of apartment occupancy is conducted manually, “sometimes” overbooking occurs. The report for each apartment is collected manually, in Excel. Financial calculations occur only after the closing of the month, it is difficult to plan the turnover for the sale of services. Routine processes are not automated — a lot of time is spent on the distribution of cleaning tasks, monitoring the readiness of rooms to accommodate guests. Result

Thanks to the convenient “checkerboard” in the calendar of apartment occupancy, there are no more failures. The channel manager allowed us to expand the number of booking sites from 2 to 8, all bookings are taken into account, there is no overbooking. The number of bookings increased by more than 10%. The introduction of the booking module on the company's website also helped to increase the number of bookings and increase revenue.

The reporting system and the “Owner's Office”, available to the owner of apartments in Shelter Cloud, reduced the number of requests from owners by 3 times! The booking calendar, income and expense data are available to apartment owners online at any time.

With the help of the “Maids" module, communication with cleaning staff is accelerated, tasks are created and distributed automatically, the status of the room's readiness for arrival is monitored online.

The Concierge Service module helped to increase the average receipt for additional services (transfer, ordering food and drinks, excursions) – the guest scans the QR code in the room and with the help of a virtual assistant orders additional services in one click, learns about promotions and special offers.
