The management of the Rivas Park Hotel carefully approached the choice of a software product for hotel automation that meets business requirements. Automation was carried out by the dealer of SWIFT LLC (“Technologies of success”) based on Shelter lite software. The company's specialists have set up the unloading of the results of commercial activity in the 1C program:Accounting, integrated interface with the TravelLine Channel Manager and interface with the R-Keeper restaurant system. The closing of the order for the room number has been implemented.
To account for the attendance of guests in the restaurant, the r_keeper terminal was installed at the end of the distribution line. The terminal helped employees to track personally which of the guests came to the meal, as well as to make an analysis of which dishes are in the greatest demand. This information is taken into account when compiling the menu, thereby the consumption of products has become more rational. r_keeper software works in the same ecosystem with Shelter lite. Automation of the hotel helped to increase additional sales with the help of aggregator sites, remove manual accounting from employees, and the management to receive all the necessary reporting for business management!
