The hotel was automated by Yugaiti Service LLC on the basis of Shelter PMS. To speed up the work of employees, a passport scanner and an XML interface were installed to send information about guests to the FMS. This made it possible to quickly check in and evict guests, reduce staff errors to a minimum, thereby paying more attention to customer service.
