The 160th version has been released

Shelter PRO v.160

The largest update in the first half of 2026. The version includes more than 80 improvements and fixes affecting performance, cloud synchronization, reporting, payment systems and tourist tax calculation.

Efficiency

• Armor exchange with Shelter Cloud has been accelerated — data synchronization between the desktop and cloud versions is now much faster, especially with a large number of active bookings.
• Fixed a hang—up when a guest arrives - fixed an issue where the program might not respond when checking in on busy days.
• Eviction has been accelerated — the operation of evicting a guest with a large number of folio charges is now performed without delay.

Sales channels and synchronization

• Improved synchronization of Shelter Pro and Shelter Cloud — correct transfer of tariffs, guest data, comments, charges, agent's commission and booking statuses between versions.
• Fixed the work of the FrontDesk24 plugin — fixed errors when receiving and updating bookings through the FrontDesk24 channel.
• Fixed the TravelLine plugin — correct processing of booking data from TravelLine, including special rates and restrictions.

Reports and UPD

• The new Universal Transfer Document (UPD) report — a full-fledged UPD with the ability to upload to XML format for electronic document management (EDI) systems. Supports all required fields in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Tax Service.
• The 1-DAC report has been updated and the form has been adjusted to meet current requirements. Fixed the calculation of the number of guests and nights.
• The guest's registration card form has been updated in accordance with the Federal Law on the Processing of Personal Data (effective 01.09.2025). The necessary consent blocks have been added.

Payments and integrations

• Sberbank Terminal — fixed card payment and refund procedure through the payment terminal. Correct processing of all types of transactions.
• Integration with RKeeper — fixed the types of transactions and charges when exchanging data with the restaurant system. Fixed errors when transmitting the room number.
• Uploading to 1C — improved data export format for correct import to 1C: Accounting and 1C:Enterprise management.
• Integration with the FMS VLSI — fixed errors when sending notifications of arrival and departure of foreign citizens.

Tariffs and tourist tax

• The calculation of the tourist tax amount has been corrected — the correct calculation takes into account preferential categories and changes in regional rates.
• New declaration setting — bookings can now be included in the declaration by the date of the full payment receipt, and not just by the date of arrival. This simplifies accounting for prepaid properties.
• Scripts for correcting the tourist tax — special scripts have been developed for recalculating the tourist tax in previously created bookings. Available through technical support.

Other improvements

• Improved stability when multiple users are accessing in parallel
• Minor interface errors in chess and the booking card have been fixed.
• Optimized program launch on HDD devices

Shelter CLoud 

Reports

• Configuring the 1-DAC report — the report configuration has been finalized, the data output has been corrected in accordance with the current form.

Booking

• Saving a reservation — fixed a bug where in some scenarios the reservation was not saved after editing.
• Recalculation of the price is the correct automatic recalculation of the cost when changing dates, room category or tariff.
• Unknown bookings after the exchange — fixed incorrect addition of bookings when syncing with sales channels.

Payments

• Integration with Yandex.Checkout - fixed the transition to the payment window. Previously, redirection did not work in some browsers and the guest remained on the page without being able to pay.

Habitation

• Eviction with FFD enabled — fixed an error that occurred when a guest was evicted when the fiscal data format (FFD 1.2) was activated in the facility settings.

Customer base

• Duplicate guest cards — Fixed an issue where when a guest checked in again, a duplicate card was created instead of updating an existing one.
