Частичный возврат оплаты возможно провести через список чеков или с помощью функции «Возврат оплаты» в контекстном меню, выделив необходимый чек на фолио.

Возврат на фолио.
Если используется контроль услуг при возврате (настройка системы «Контролировать услуги при возврате» включена по умолчанию»), то при нажатии на кнопку «Возврат оплаты» открывается окно «Возврат чека»:

Значение полей:
«ID» - номер услуги в БД (если оплата была внесена авансом, то есть не за услуги, в данном окне услуги отображаться не будет, оно будет пустое).
«Смена начисления» - смена в программе, когда была принята оплата.
«Код» - код услуги.
«Наименование» - наименование услуги.
«Кол-во» - количество услуг.
«Гость» - ФИО гостя.
«Организация-собственник» - наименование организации-собственника, по киоску которой была принята оплата.
«ППР» - признак предмета расчёта (указывается в настройках справочника услуг или в настройках системы).
«Предоплаты» - сумма предоплаты (внесённая сумма за услуги, которые ещё не были начислены, например, по тарифу при заезде).
«Оплата» - сумма оплаты.
«Фиск. налог» - фискальный налог.
«Возврат услуги» - при проведении полного возврата через фолио данная галочка по умолчанию отключена, это означает, что при возврате услуга не удалится с фолио (при необходимости данную галочку можно установить, и услуги скорректируется автоматически при возврате оплаты).
В окне «Возврат чека» заблокирован тип оплаты и отображается тот тип, что установлен по умолчанию в настройках справочника киоска.
Если оплата внесена за услуги и необходимо выполнить частичный возврат, то укажите необходимую сумму возврата в колонке «Оплата» и нажмите на кнопку «Возврат».

Если оплата была внесена авансом, то есть не за услуги, то введите необходимую сумму возврата в поле «Итого» и нажмите на кнопку «Возврат».

Для осуществления возврата используйте кнопку «Возврат». Далее программа несколько раз предупредит о том, что будет выполнен возврат, в обоих окнах нажмите «Да» для подтверждения операции или «Нет», если возврат делать не нужно.

Если настройка системы «Контролировать услуги при возврате» отключена, то при нажатии на кнопку «Возврат оплаты» появляется окно «Транзакция», рассмотрим только вкладку «Возврат»:

Значение полей:
«Вид возврата» - всегда по сумме.
«Старая сумма» - сумма проведённого платежа.
«Новая сумма» - сумма, которая должна остаться после возврата (можете ввести новую сумму здесь, сумма возврата автоматически пересчитается).
«Сумма возврата» - сумма возврата (можете ввести сумму возврата здесь, новая сумма автоматически пересчитается).
«Примечание» - текстовое поле, в котором можно ввести причину возврата, например (актуально для отчётов).
После того, как введена новая сумма или сумма возврата, используйте кнопку «Сохранить» для подтверждения операции.

Возврат через список чеков.
Для осуществления возврата через список чеков нажмите на кнопку «Список чеков».

В открывшемся окне будут отображаться все платежи/возвраты, которые были осуществлены на фолио. 
Значение полей:
«Счет» - номер счета в программе.
«Тип» -наименование типа чека (покупка, аванс, возврат).
«Операция» - наименование типа платежа.
«Смена» - смена в программе, когда была принята оплата/возврат.
«Дата» реальные дата и время, когда была принята оплата/возврат.
«Номер кассы» - код киоска.
«Фолио» - номер фолио, где была проведена оплата/возврат.
«Кассовая смена» - номер кассовой смены, когда была проведена оплата/возврат.
«Тип налогообложения» - наименование типа налогообложения (указывается в настройках справочника услуг или в сервисах и оборудовании).
«Сумма чека» - сумма платежа/возврата.
«Сума возврата» - сумма возврата (указывается у платежа, по которому был выполнен возврат).
«Чек» - номер чека в программе.
В списке фолио по каждому чеку открывается контекстное меню по ПКМ:
«Содержимое чека» - просмотр чека.
«Печать чека» - повторное формирование счета в программе.
«Список кассовых документов» - по кнопке отображаются все документы по возвратам, относящимся к выбранному чеку.
Для совершения возврата используйте кнопку «Содержимое чека» в контекстном меню, выделив необходимый чек,

откроется окно «Возврат чека».

Если возврат осуществляется через список чеков, то для услуги по умолчанию будет установлена галочка «Возврат услуги», это означает, что при проведении возврата услуги будет скорректирована автоматически.
Если услугу удалять нет необходимости, снимите галочку и выполните возврат.
Если оплата внесена за услуги и необходимо выполнить частичный возврат, то укажите необходимую сумму возврата в колонке «Оплата» и нажмите на кнопку «Возврат».

Если оплата была внесена авансом, то есть не за услуги, то введите необходимую сумму возврата в поле «Итого» и нажмите на кнопку «Возврат».

После проведения возврата Shelter автоматически предложит сформировать 3 отчёта – заявления на возврат, расходный кассовый ордер и акт о возврате денежных сумм.

Если по какой-то причине отчёты не были распечатаны сразу, то их можно найти и сформировать под кнопкой «Список кассовых документов».

Значение полей:
«Кассовый документ» - номер кассового документа.
«Счет» - номер счета в программе.
«Чек» номер чека в программе.
«Сумма возврата» - сумма проведённого возврата.
«Тип» - наименование типа документа (на каждый возврат формируется акт и расходник).
«Дата» - дата и время проведения возврата.
«Основание» - основание возврата.
