Adding a new legal entity-owner to the program.
Open the Settings – Directories – Hotels, select the line with the hotel where the second Legal Entity will be added (screenshot – item 1), right–click on the "Legal entities" field (screenshot - item 2)
By selecting "Add", the organization selection window opens, open the list of organizations by clicking on the field highlighted in the screenshot (...):
In the list of legal entities that opens, select the desired organization or add a new organization by selecting Add:
By clicking on the "Add" - + button, fill in all the fields in the window that opens.:
After filling in the form, click sequentially: "Save" in the organization card, "Select" in the list of legal entities window, "Save" in the Organization window, "Save" in the Hotel window.
