Description
The Concierge service is a WEB application for the guests of the accommodation facility. It allows the guest to familiarize themselves with the offered hotel services and make an online order, and for the hotel to reduce the burden on staff, increase the number and amount of orders, analyze them and increase revenue from additional services.
The personal account of the Concierge service consists of several sections. In this article, we will analyze the capabilities of each section.

1. Wi-Fi cabinet
1.1. Registration in Wi-Fi
Assigning remote registration
The remote registration function is designed for cases when a guest cannot register on a Wi-Fi network via a standard online service (for example, if he cannot call the specified number).
Location of the registration number
The registration number is displayed in the highlighted field on the guest's device. The number is generated automatically by the system each time the page is refreshed.
Completion of registration
Internet access is provided to the guest only after successful completion of the remote registration procedure. To start using Wi-Fi, you need to click the Go Online button on your device.
1.2. History
This section is intended for viewing the registration history. A search is available by various parameters: period, phone number, etc.
1.3. The Constructor
A tool for creating and applying registration page templates.
1.4. Statistics
The section contains data on total Wi-Fi network traffic.
2. Reviews
Here you can view the reviews left by the guests. Various filters are available for sorting.
Important: The sales channel filter is not working at the moment.
3. The Concierge
3.1. Catalog
The section is intended for filling the menu with the possibility of ordering menu items by guests, creating special offers, posting information about the hotel's infrastructure, useful places nearby, and other data. All the elements are displayed as cards. The process of adding elements is described below.
3.2. Schedule
The section is currently inactive (being finalized).
3.3. Applications
Requests sent by guests through the Concierge service for ordering goods and services added to the Catalog section are displayed here.
4. Registration
4.1. Registration history
The section displays the registrations of guests who have completed the online check-in procedure.
For the section to work, you need to enable the online checkout option.
4.2. Welcome letters
This section displays information about welcome letters sent to guests after booking confirmation.

5. CRM
Designed to view incoming messages from guests and send responses.
6. Settings
6.1. Organization
The section displays information about the location. The data is automatically imported from the site when it is created.
6.2. Objects
A list of available accommodation facilities and settings for the following services is available here.:
- Wi-Fi authorization;
- Reputation (currently not working);
- The concierge.
6.3. Telegram Token
The field is used to enter a token to create a Telegram bot that will notify you of new orders in the Concierge service.

Adding items to the concierge's catalog
Important: To add items, it is recommended to use the sections Rumservice, Favorites, Infrastructure and Useful nearby.
Creating a directory structure

Go to the Concierge → Catalog section.

Select the desired directory, for example, "Rumservice", click
and select Add subsection. -
In the window that opens, specify the name and upload the image. Click Save.
Inside the created section, you can add nested subsections (for example, "Restaurant", "Bar") to form a multi-level structure.
Adding a product or service
Next to the desired section, click
and select Add an offer.Fill in the required fields of the form:

Title, Subtitle (required).

Weight (recommended for meals).

Minimum time: Defines the minimum time for order preparation. In the guest's application, the order time cannot be earlier than the current time + the specified value.

Price and Discounted Price: If a discounted price is specified, the amount in the Price field will be displayed crossed out.

Price type: be sure to select from the list (per piece, per service, etc.).

Online ordering: If the option is active, the product/service can be ordered through the app. If inactive, the item is displayed, but the order is unavailable (for example, for dishes that are served only in a restaurant).

Activity: Enables or disables the position display in the app.
Click Create.
Filling in other sections
You can fill in the sections in the same way.:

How to add an item to Favorites
To add an item to favorites, click the button
