Shelter CLOUD - Setting up restrictions for uploading to sales channels

1. If the hotel has restrictions on sales of certain categories of rooms during certain periods or according to other criteria, you must set them. To do this, sel ect the desired channel in the list of connected channels in "Channel Manger" and click on "Restrictions". In the window that opens, click on the "Edit constraints" button.


2. Click the "Edit constraints" button.


3. In the window that appears, we set the necessary restrictions:



4. In the date range, the period for which the restriction will apply is selected. Information on the screenshot:



5. Select the tariff or all tariffs for which the restriction will apply.



6. Select a category or all categories for which the restriction will apply.



7. If the "Availability" checkbox is disabled, then the sales channel is informed that the stop sale applies to the specified period, tariff and category.




8. If the Check-in checkbox is turned off, the sales channel is informed that it is forbidden to check into rooms in the specified period, tariff and category.



9. If the checkbox is "Check-out" is turned off, then the sales channel is informed that it is forbidden to check out of the room in the specified period, tariff and category.



10. When setting values in the " sectionDuration fr om ", information will be transmitted to the channel that in the specified period, tariff and category a period of stay is set, less than which it is impossible to book a room.



11. When marking in the " sectionDays of the week", the channel will be informed that in the specified period, tariff and category, restrictions will apply only on the marked days of the week.


12. After setting all the restrictions, click the " buttonApply".



13. We are waiting for a message about the successful application of the specified parameters. After that, the system will automatically upload the restrictions to the channel.
