Arrival and departure of guests

After you have a reservation on the chessboard, you need to check in the guest, thereby marking the guests have stopped by.

On the checkerboard, find the desired reservation and click on it.




In the booking profile that opens, select the room where the guest will be accommodated. The proposed rooms of this category also have rooms that you cannot accommodate, since they are occupied.



After the number is selected, you mark The guests have arrived and press Save.



Now the reservation is highlighted in a different color on the checkerboard, since the guest has checked into the room. (The booking color settings can be changed if you go to Settings-Booking Statuses and colors).



Upon expiration of the reservation period, the guest must be evicted. To do this, go to the Chess block. Find the desired booking and click on it.



In the booking profile that opens, you need to check for full payment, mark that The guests have left and click Save.
