If there is a reservation that needs to add another guest, then we go to Chess. We are looking for a reservation to add a guest to and click on it.
A window with booking information will open.
To add another guest to it, click Add Guests to the line.
Fields will appear to fill in the details of another guest. If the client has already vacationed with us, then when filling in the line Last name, a selection will appear. If this is your guest's data, then click on them, and they will be entered in the fields automatically. (Choose the food, if necessary). After that, press Add.
Now you have two guests displayed in the booking information.
If you need to do something with a guest added to the reservation (edit data, delete a guest, view a regular customer card or profile), then click on the appropriate guest, and a selection of actions will appear.
Edit - enter the corrected data and click Save.
Delete - if a guest needs to be removed from the reservation, click Delete and confirm your actions in the window that appears.
Regular customer card - complete information about the guest.
The questionnaire is for entering the data necessary for the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
You can search for guests in the Reception block.
By date – the set date can be any one, either of the future or of the past period.
By booking number – search for bookings that are checked in, on arrival, or have already left.
By no. in the source – used to search for bookings created through the company Booking.com . Enter the booking number, and you do not need to know the date of arrival or when exactly the booking was created.
Block Customer base - allows you to search for guests by setting various filters:
●Full name, partial name
●By phone
●By e-mail
●By other parameters (only with phone, only with e-mail)
