Sending SMS to guests in Shelter CLOUD

Shelter CLOUD allows you to send SMS messages to guests.

To connect, go to the hotel settings and go to the "SMS" tab.



Next, you need to click on the link and register in the SMS center and top up your account there.



After that, the API Key received in the SMS center's personal account must be entered in the appropriate field. And also activate the checkbox "SMS notifications" Information in the screenshot.



Next, you need to create a printed form in which to form the text that will be displayed by default when sending. You can use all the tags that are available there. Tick this report "For SMS".



You can edit the printed form for SMS by clicking "Template". Information in the screenshots.



When the printed form is created, you can set up automatic SMS sending to the guest. The following options are available:

- Send SMS to the guest N hours before arrival.

- Send SMS to the guest when making a reservation.

You must check the box next to the required type of notification and specify the template of the printed form.



If you enable the " functionOnly for online bookings", then SMS notifications will be sent only to guests who have booked a room on the hotel's website. If you disable this feature, notifications will be sent for any armor.
