Connecting the Ostrovok channel

Description

Connecting the Ostrov sales channel

Before connecting

To connect the Ostrov channel, you need to get the channel ID. For this:

  1. Register on the Islet Extranet service platform.

  2. Log in to the platform using your username and password.

  3. Fill in the information about your location.

  4. In the future, this data can be updated or changed in the My Objects section in your personal account on the Ostrov platform!Extranet.

  5. After all the information about the hotel is filled in, go to the Hotel → tab. General information.

  6. In the Channel Manager block on the right side of the window, select Shelter from the list (ex-Frontdesk24.ru ).

  7. Copy the object ID to connect the Ostrov channel! in the Shelter Cloud web office.

Settings in the Shelter Cloud Web Office

After receiving the object ID in the Ostrov system:

  1. In the Shelter Cloud web office, go to the Channel Manager section.

  2. In the list of available channels on the right side of the screen, find the Emerging Travel channel and click Add.

  3. In the window that opens, enter the object's ID in the Island system!Extranet and click Add.

  4. The Emerging Travel channel will appear in the list of connected channels. To start the exchange with the channel, move the toggle switch to the right of the name to the positionOn:

  5. To start working with a channel, check the box to the left of its name. After that, the available actions will be displayed in the line.:

  6. Click on the optionChannel management to go to the channel settings screen. Various actions are available on this page, including sending emails, downloading directories and bookings, as well as managing settings and restrictions.

  7. To work with the channel, you first need to download the directories from the platform. To do this, click Download Directories in the upper panel on the right. If the download was successful, a corresponding message will appear.

  8. After downloading the directories, compare the room categories. The categories uploaded from the Islet channel are displayed on the left side of the screen. On the right side of the screen, you must select the categories created in Shelter Cloud that correspond to the uploaded categories. To select one of the available categories, in the Category in Shelter Cloud column, click the arrow button on the right and select a category from the list.

  9. Next, open the Tariffs tab and select the tariff created in Shelter CLOUD that corresponds to the uploaded tariff.

  10. Go to the Shelter Cloud Settings tab and select the counterparty from the drop-down list that the accommodation facility is working with through the Ostrov sales channel.

    If the required counterparty is not in the list, create it as described in the article "Counterparty Directory".

  11. Next, download the reservations using the Download Reservations button.

  12. After receiving a message about the successful download of bookings, click the Upload All button to send the information to the Ostrov sales channel. If the upload is successful, the corresponding notification will be displayed on the screen.

The settings are completed, and the sales channel is ready to work.
