Food type management

Description

The type of food or form of food is the food and drinks included in the room rate. The type of food can consist of different meals or parts of the food, so before you start setting up the type of food, add its components. Power management is performed in the Shelter Cloud Power Types settings section.

How to add a new type of food

To add a new type of meal, you must first add the meal parts (meals).

For this:

1. Go to the Power Types settings section and click Add Parts of Power Types above the table, or Edit opposite the preset parts.

2. Fill in the required fields: Name, for example, "Breakfast", Price, Time (from which this meal begins) and Duration, hours.

3. Click Save.

   

4. Click Add above the top table to add the type of food.

5. Specify the Name and Composition of this type of food. 

6. Click Save.

   

   If meals are selected from the previously configured ones, the price of the food type will be calculated automatically as the sum of the incoming meals. You can specify the price manually without selecting the power supply parts. In this case, it will be impossible to create lists for breakfasts and other meals. 

   To specify the price of the type of power supply manually, the parts of the power supply that are part of it should not have prices specified, or the parts of the power supply should not be configured in the system.
