Creating a report for maids with the distribution of cleaning types by numbers.
Click the "Reports" button on the top panel.:
A window with reports will open. In the left part, where the name is, you need to write the word CLEANING and click apply – the "List of rooms for cleaning" report will be displayed:
Double-clicking on the report will open the report generation filter. In the left part of the filter, select the "Building options" item and select the "Number of guests" in the right part.:
Next, click "OK".
In order for the arrival and departure dates to be displayed in the same filter window, check the "Arrival" and "Departure" boxes.:
You can also specify a change of linen and towels in the report.:
