Configuring the connection of the tour channel

Important: To connect the tour channel, it is necessary to conclude an agreement with the TOUR company. You will be registered in their system and after that you will be given a hotel ID. Further steps for setting up and adding a hotel should be clarified with the tour operator.


After all the tour settings, open the Shelter CLOUD, select Channel manager.

Moving to the right, select the channel correctly.

Click Add.



Enter the hotel ID issued at the conclusion of the contract with the tour operator.



After adding, turn on the channel and click on the button to download the directories, which were started after the registration of the object on the tour site.



After the message that the directories have loaded successfully, go to the Shelter Cloud Settings tab and specify the counterparty and the contract. Filling in the counterparty is necessary in order for the reports to display reservations correctly. In addition, if the booking from Shelter CLOUD is further uploaded to Shelter PRO, a counterparty is also needed. The contract is just for information.



Go to the tabPlacement and specify the appropriate number of places for each placement.



On the Tariffs tab, we compare the tariffs that were loaded from the tour with the tariffs in the Shelter CLOUD. If the tariff does not need to be uploaded to the channel, then it can be disabled by checking the box next to the channel.



In the tabRoom categories we also compare and select the necessary room categories to upload to the channel. With the setting setBed exchange, the number of beds in the room and the price per bed will be unloaded.



After completing all the settings, click Unload everything and wait for the message that the upload to the channel has been successfully completed.



The Upload reservations button loads reservations manually if, for some reason, this did not happen automatically.



Important: Support for the creation of group armor, if there are several numbers on the tour side in one order, has not yet been implemented. An alert will be sent after the implementation.


Integration setup is complete.
