Configuring the connection of the tour channel

Description

TurEtno is a specialized booking system and online travel aggregator specializing in holidays in Crimea. The company carefully selects contractors to ensure the high quality and safety of the services provided.

  • Additional promotion. The TurEtno channel is actively developing through social networks and email newsletters, providing partners with access to their audience.

Before connecting

To connect the Tour booking channel, follow these steps::

  1. To conclude an agreement with the company "TouReto".

  2. Register the placement object in the system. After registration, you will be assigned a unique ID.

  3. Contact the Tour Support department at sale@pk-raduga.ru for detailed setup and integration instructions.

  4. After receiving all the data from TouReto, connect the channel in the Shelter Cloud web office.

In the Shelter Cloud Web office

  1. Go to the Channel Manager section.

  2. In the list of available channels, select this option and click Add.

  3. In the window that opens, enter the hotel ID you received when signing the contract with the Tour Company.

  4. To start working with a channel, check the box to the right of its name and select the optionChannel management.

  5. Download the directories that were created after the registration of the accommodation facility on the "TouRtno" website. To do this, click the Download Directories button at the top right of the page.

  6. Open the Shelter Cloud Settings tab. Select the counterparty corresponding to the sales channel "TouReto". Also specify the contract number. This data is filled in for the correct display of bookings in the reports.

    If the required counterparty is not in the list, create a new counterparty. For more information, see the article "Directory of counterparties".

  7. Go to the Placements tab and specify the appropriate number of places for each placement.

  8. On the Tariffs tab, compare the tariffs downloaded from the Tour channel with the tariffs configured in Shelter Cloud.

    If the tariff does not need to be uploaded to the channel, disable it by activating the Disable Transfer to channel option in the tariff line.

  9. On the Room Categories tab, match the categories to upload to the channel.

    If the Bed exchange option is enabled for the category, the number of beds in the room and the price per bed will be uploaded to the channel.

  10. After completing all the settings, click the Unload All button. Upon successful upload, the corresponding notification will be displayed on the screen.

  11. If the bookings have not been downloaded automatically, click the Download Bookings button to download the bookings manually.

  12. To start the exchange with the channel, turn the toggle switch next to its name to the On position.

Currently, the possibility of creating group bookings that include multiple rooms in one order is not available in the Tour system. This functionality is under development. We will inform you about its implementation later.

The integration setup is complete, and the sales channel is ready to work.
