In the reportGuest List contains a guest list.
Important: The report itself and the upload to Contour (and other systems) do not include guests from cancelled armor and armor whose status is excluded from the download (Reference: Booking statuses and colors, "Exclude from download" field), as well as guests whose last name is not entered.
In order to display the report, you need to go to the block. Reports and click on Guest list for the period.
By default, the report is generated on the current date, and you can also change the date or select the period for generating the report. You can use filters by guests (staying, arriving or departing), by type of reservation (daily, hourly, all reservations).
If the "Check-in" parameter is set, then guests are selected who have a check-in date in their reservation between the selected dates from - to, and the check-in date is the date of arrival at the hotel, not at the room, since the guest may move during the stay from one room to another.
If the parameter is set"Check-out", then the guests are selected who have a check-out date in the reservation between the selected dates, and the check-out date is calculated taking into account the moves, that is, it is the date of departure from the hotel, not from the room.
If the parameter is set"Stay", then select the guests who have:
●either the date of arrival at the hotel is between the selected dates from - to
●or the day preceding the date of departure from the hotel is between the selected dates from - to
<●either the interval between the date of arrival at the hotel and the day preceding the date of departure and the hotel includes "date from".Drop-down list: All bookings/Daily/Hourly rates:
All bookings – guests from all bookings are shown.
Daily rates - shows guests who have more than 16 hours of stay.
Hourly rates - shows guests who have less than 16 hours of stay. (This option is shown only when hourly bookings are allowed in the hotel (in the hotel settings "Allow booking by the hour")).
In addition to these report filters, you can also mark: except for the residents of the region and check the residence status.
Except for residents of the region - if the flag is displayed, then only guests whose region in the address of the place of residence does not match the region in the address of the hotel are displayed.
Check the status of the stay - if the flag is set, then if the "Check-in" or "Stay" option is selected, it is checked that the reservation has the "guests have checked in" flag, and if the "Check-out" option is selected, then the "guests have checked out" flag.
Adjust the settings for yourself and press Show.
The report contains: Guest's full name, nationality, passport details, date of birth, phone number and e-mail. You can print and/or save this report.
