Prepayment and payment for accommodation and additional services are carried out inside the reservation. This is done in the fieldPayments via the buttonAdd.
To make a partial prepayment of a reservation: go to the Chess tab, find the desired reservation and click on it.
In the booking profile, in the fieldPayments you need to click Add.
In the window that appears, in the Amount line, enter the prepayment amount, select the payment type and click Add.
After that, the booking status automatically changes and you will see the completed payment in the payments field. When paying in advance, the accommodation line turns pale orange.
In Chess, it will be displayed as follows:
To make payment reservations: go to the Chess tab, find the desired booking and click on it.
In the booking profile, in the fieldPayments you need to click Add.

After that, the booking status automatically changes and you will see the completed payment in the payments field. With full payment, the line with accommodation is colored green.
In Chess, it will be displayed as follows:
If there is an overpayment, the accommodation line turns orange.
Предоплата и оплата проживания, а также дополнительных услуг выполняются внутри бронирования в разделе Платежи с помощью кнопки «Добавить».
Частичная предоплата
Чтобы внести предоплату:

Перейдите в раздел Шахматка;

Найдите нужное бронирование и откройте его;

В блоке Платежи нажмите Добавить;

В открывшемся окне:

укажите сумму предоплаты;
-
выберите тип платежа;
-
нажмите Добавить.
Результат

Платёж отобразится в списке;
-
Статус бронирования обновится автоматически;
-
Строка проживания подсветится светло-оранжевым цветом;
-
В Шахматке бронирование отобразится с учётом внесённой предоплаты.
Полная оплата

Перейдите в раздел Шахматка и откройте бронирование;

В блоке Платежи нажмите Добавить;

Выберите тип оплаты и подтвердите операцию.
Если по бронированию была внесена предоплата, система автоматически рассчитает сумму к оплате.
Результат
-
Платёж добавится в список;
-
Статус бронирования изменится автоматически;
-
Строка проживания подсветится зелёным цветом;
-
В Шахматке отобразится полностью оплаченный статус.
Переплата
Если сумма платежей превышает сумму начислений, строка проживания подсвечивается оранжевым цветом.
