Entering basic information about the hotel

After gaining access to the Shelter Cloud personal account, go to the basic settings of your accommodation facility and specify its basic data in the appropriate fields.

  1. To do this, click on the user's name in the upper-right corner of the page.

     

  2. On the Settings tab, fill in the basic information:
    • User data;
    • Hotel information;
    • Details of the accommodation facility;
    • Payment details;
    • Responsible persons;
    • The licensee's banking details.

      • Attention! Required fields are highlighted with a red border.

  3. Click Save in the upper-left corner.
