The transition to the new protocol ensures easy setup of the sales channel, as well as timely and correct data exchange between the services.
Before starting the setup
Before you connect the 101Hotel sales channel:

Create a request to switch to the new protocol with the following information:
• The name of your accommodation facility;
• Request to activate a new protocol for Channel 101otel.

Send a request by e-mail to Shelter Technical support at support@shelter.ru .
The Shelter technical support specialist will switch your accommodation facility to the new protocol and inform you about it.
Deleting a previously connected sales channel
After receiving confirmation of the activation of the new protocol, you must delete the previously connected channel in the Shelter Cloud web office.

In the Shelter Cloud web office, go to the Channel Manager section.

Select a previously connected sales channel 101Hotels.com and click the check mark to the left of its name to get to work with the channel.

Click the Delete button.

Confirm the deletion by clicking Yes.

Refresh the page. Remote sales channel 101Hotels.com It is no longer displayed in the list of connected channels.
After the sales channel 101Hotels.com , running on the old protocol, has been deleted, you can switch to connecting the channel on the new protocol.
Channel connection 101Hotels.com on the new protocol
Connect a new channel 101Hotels.com in the Channel Manager section of the Shelter Cloud web office, as described in the article Configuring the 101Hotels channel connection to the Shelter Cloud (New Protocol).
