Important: To connect the channel to Shelter CLOUD, you need to sign an agreement with YandexTravel, get access to your personal account and be logged in to it.
Important: We pay attention to the following nuances of the work:
- If more than 20 main places are specified in the room category, then only 20 will be saved in the Extranet. The maximum number of main places to transfer to the Extranet is 20, and additional places are 8.
- Prices are transmitted only in rubles.
- Cancellation or modification of the reservation is not transmitted to Yandex Travel. The cancellation of the reservation is carried out in the Yandex Travel personal account.
Connecting and configuring the YandexTravel channel
1. Log in to Shelter CLOUD. On the left side of the menu, sel ect "Channel manager". Moving to the right, sel ect the YandexTravel channel. Click the " buttonAdd ".
2. Turn on the channel.
3. Go to the "Authorization settings" tab and click "Connection". You must be authorized in your personal account YandexTravel.
4. After successful authorization, go to the " tabChoosing a hotel".
A selection of hotels will be available. You need to sel ect the one you need. If one hotel is connected to the Yandex Travel personal account, the hotel will be filled in automatically.
5. Next, go to the " tabPower" and match the power types in the channel with the power types in the Shelter CLOUD.
6. Open the " tabCancellation policies" and add the necessary policies. Setting up a cancellation policy is described in the next section.

7. Go to the " tabCancellation policy" and click "Add ".
8. There are 4 cancellation policies available to choose fr om:
- As a percentage.
- Night.
- Absolute.
- Percentage for the first night.
9. For the cancellation type " As a percentage", in the field " How long before arrival can the guest cancel the reservation for free?" the time is entered in seconds.
In the field "How much is charged to the guest for cancellation of the reservation", enter a percentage fr om 0-100, at least 1.
Example: If cancelled less than 1 day before arrival, a fine of 100% of the total cost of the stay
10. For the cancellation type "Night", field "How long before arrival can the guest cancel the reservation for free?"is not filled in.
In the field "How much is charged to the guest for cancellation of the reservation", enter the number of nights.
The amount of the fine cannot exceed the total cost of accommodation. If the fine is more than the amount of the stay, you will receive 100% of this amount.
Example: If cancelled less than 17 hours before arrival, a penalty of the cost of 2 nights.
11. For the cancellation type "Absolute", in the field " How long before arrival can the guest cancel the reservation for free?" time is entered in seconds.
In the field "How much is charged to the guest for cancellation of the reservation", enter the amount in rubles.
The amount of the fine cannot exceed the total cost of accommodation. If the fine is more than the amount of the stay, you will receive 100% of this amount.
Example: If cancelled less than 3 days before arrival, a fine of 5000 rubles.
Also, for the type of cancellation "Absolute", you can not specify the number of days, but specify only the penalty for canceling the reservation.
Example: Upon cancellation, a fine of 1000 rubles.
12. For the cancellation type "Percentage for the first night", field "How long before arrival can the guest cancel the reservation for free?" is not filled in.
In the field "How much is charged to the guest for cancellation of the reservation", enter percentage of the cost of the first days.
Example: In case of cancellation, a fine of 30% of the cost of the first night.
For the cancellation type "The percentage for the first night" in the field "How long before arrival can the guest cancel the reservation for free?" enter the time in seconds.
In the field "How much is charged to the guest for cancellation of the reservation", enter a percentage of 0-100, at least 1.
The amount of the fine cannot exceed the total cost of accommodation. If the fine is more than the amount of the stay, you will receive 100% of this amount.
Example: If cancelled less than 2 days before arrival, a penalty of 50% of the first night's price will be charged.
13. Any type of cancellation is selected for free cancellation and all fields remain blank.
Example: "Free cancellation at any time before arrival".
14. After setting up the cancellation policy, go to the "Tariffs" tab and compare the tariffs in Shelter CLOUD with the cancellation policies that you created.
15. After completing all the settings, click on the " buttonUpload directories".
Important: The directories can be uploaded only 1 time. Next, you will need to create categories and tariffs in your Yandex Personal Account. Travel. Make sure that all settings are correct. If everything is done correctly, click "Yes".
16. Open your personal account https://travel.yandex.ru/extranet / (link may vary) and look at the uploaded room categories, rates and cancellation policies.
17. To upload to Shelter CLOUD fr om YandexTravel, already created tariffs, categories and policies, click on the "Download directories" button.
18. After successful download, compare rates and room categories and click "Upload everything". Wait for the message "Data was uploaded to the channel successfully".
19. Now go to the Extranet using the link https://travel.yandex.ru/extranet / (the link may vary) and select the section "Availability and prices". It is necessary to wait until the room categories in the field "The status of the numbers" a green bar will appear (you may need to refresh the web page several times). This symbolizes that you have successfully uploaded prices and room availability. The setup is complete.
