Description
The tariff is a set of prices that determines the cost of services provided by the accommodation facility. The tariff differs from the price in that it requires the mandatory fulfillment of the conditions of its application. The tariff schedule may include different tariffs within the location, for example:

basic,

hourly,
-
without power,
-
with the selected type of food.
The Tariffs and prices section of the Shelter CLOUD service allows you to perform a number of actions with tariffs:

view available,
-
add new ones,
-
edit previously added items,
-
remove any tariffs from the system,

manage promotions and promo codes,
-
view the price grid.
Rights to work with pricing plans
To work with the rates offered by the accommodation facility, the employee must have the right to see the rates and prices.
You can grant an employee the right in the employee card.
Types of tariffs
The accommodation facility can offer two main types of tariffs:

by the clock,
-
by day.
By default, you can only add tariffs by day. To enable the option of adding hourly rates:

In the upper-right corner, click on the user's name to go to your personal account.

In the Settings tab, go toHotel.

Activate the Allow Hourly booking option.
Adding a tariff
To add a new pricing plan:-
In the Shelter CLOUD app, go to the Tariffs and Prices section in the menu on the left.

In the top row, click Add.

Fill in the available fields.
• Name. Enter the name of the tariff. It will be displayed in the booking module on the website of the accommodation.
• Description. Enter a description of the tariff. It will also be visible to website visitors in the booking module.
• Duration from. Specify the minimum number of days of stay for the customized rate. It is recommended to leave this column empty to avoid errors. It is preferable to set limits on the minimum length of stay in the Channel Manager section.
• Type of food. Select the type of food included in the tariff, if applicable.
• The counterparty. From the drop-down list, select the counterparty company to which the customized tariff is applicable. As a rule, this option is used for confidential tariffs. The confidential rate offers special room rates for tour operators that differ from the official price. Such confidential rates will be visible in the booking card only if the counterparty is specified in the tariff settings. This column is not required for standard tariffs.
• The time for payment of the bill, hours. Specify the number of hours during which the booking must be paid.
• Prepayment. Specify the amount of the prepayment for booking at this rate in the selected units of measurement. If the column is filled in, the cost of accommodation will be divided into 2 parts: prepayment and surcharge. When booking on the website with the payment system connected, the guest will receive a request to make the specified prepayment. Upon arrival, the guest will pay only the amount of the surcharge.
• Prepayment, units. Select the units in which the prepayment amount will be calculated: the percentage of the total amount or the cost for the number of days indicated in the Prepayment column.
• Available in the booking form. If the tariff is available for booking, activate this option. Leave this column empty if the tariff is intended for online travel agencies.
• Available online. Activate the option if the tariff is available for self-booking by guests on the website of the accommodation through the booking module.
• Calculation of incomplete days. Choose the method of calculating the surcharge for early check-in or late check-out. There are 4 calculation options available: not counting, an hour, half a day, and a full day.
• Online sale c. The period of the beginning of the sale of the online tariff.
• Online software sales. The end period of the online tariff sale.
Important! The Online sale with and Online sale by columns indicate the period of sale, rather than accommodation at this rate. Reservations can be made for any dates.
• Images. Upload an image, if applicable. • List of prices. Click to go to the list of prices.

Save the data.
For the hourly rate, it is mandatory to fill in the fields Name, Description, Counterparty, Available in the booking form, Available for online, Online sale with and Online sale of software. The remaining fields can be left blank.
Rate editing

Open the Tariffs and Prices section.

Click the Edit button next to the desired rate.

Make the changes.

Save the data.
Deleting a tariff
To delete an existing tariff:

Go to the sectionTariffs and prices, and click Delete in the top row.

Select the tariff that you want to delete and click Delete on the left side of the tariff line.

In the pop-up window, confirm the deletion by clicking OK, or cancel by clicking Cancel.
