Cancellation of the reservation

If a previously created reservation needs to be canceled, then click on the Checkerboard, find the reservation and left-click on it.



The booking will open. Next, click Actions and sel ect fr om the drop-down listCancel.



A window will appear in which you need to specify the reason for the cancellation. As soon as you have filled in this field, click Cancel.



After that, a confirmation window will appear stating that the reservation has been cancelled. And it is no longer displayed on the Chessboard.



To view cancelled bookings, go to the Booking Log section and click on Search and filter.



Set the desired period in the clauseShow select Only cancelled ones. Click Apply. After that, only the cancelled bookings for the period that you have set will be displayed in the booking log.
