Shelter CLOUD contains a warehouse management module.
Important: The warehouse is only available in the new interface (https://cloud.shelter.ru/v1/homepage.html ), will not be added to the old one.
Before you start working with the warehouse, you need to add:
- Products
- Suppliers
You can add products and suppliers in the "Settings" section under "Products" and "Counterparties" respectively.
When adding a product, you must specify the units of measurement.
By default, there will be one warehouse in the program. If necessary, you can add more and switch between them.
To add an item to the warehouse, click "Add delivery", select a warehouse, supplier, and add the necessary goods, specifying the quantity and purchase price.
A charge is added in the same way, but the supplier is not selected. In addition, you can add a charge by selecting the desired products on the " tab.Warehouse contents" and click " in the context menuWrite off".
Also, when selecting an item in stock, there is an item " in the context menu.Move". It allows you to mark that the product has been moved from one warehouse to another.
Sale from a warehouse
In order for the goods stored in the warehouse to be sold, you need to create an additionalthe service, specifying its sale price and which product it belongs to. For example, we will make towels available for sale. To do this, add an additionala service with the name "Towel", the price, and we indicate that when selling, you need to write off the Towel product from the warehouse.
Let's check that there are towels in stock.
And we will add a towel charge to the booking.
We see that there are fewer towels in the warehouse.
