Configuring the 101Hotels channel connection to Shelter CLOUD (New Protocol)

Description

101Hotels service is an online hotel booking platform that provides convenient interaction between travelers and hoteliers. It allows hoteliers to increase the visibility of their facilities and attract more customers due to the high number of bookings.

The service offers advantages such as:

  • no commission for hoteliers, which allows you to save most of the income from bookings;

  • convenient tools for automating booking management processes;

  • access to analytics and reports, which helps hoteliers better understand the market and adapt their offers.;

  • active promotion of accommodation facilities through various channels, which helps to increase sales.

Before setting up the connection

Before setting up integration with the 101Hotels service, you need to get the ID of the accommodation facility in the service.

To do this, send an email requesting an ID to the email address of the technical support service at sales@101hotels.ru .

Save the received ID for future reference.

Configuring Channel connection in the Shelter Cloud Web Office

After receiving the IDs, follow these steps in the Shelter CLOUD web office:
  1. In the left menu, open the Channel Manager section, find the 101Hotels channel on the right side of the screen and click Add.

  2. In the window that opens, enter The Property ID and Api Key received from the 101Hotels support service, and click Add. The 101Hotels sales channel will appear in the list of connected channels.

  3. To start the exchange with the channel, turn the toggle switch to the On position. This can also be done after all the settings for connecting the channel are completed.

  4. To start working with a channel, check the box to the right of its name and select the option Channel management.

  5. In the channel settings, open the Categories tab and click Download Directories. If the download is successful, a corresponding message will appear on the screen.

  6. After downloading the directories, compare the room categories. The categories uploaded from the 101Hotels channel are displayed on the left side of the screen. On the right side of the screen, you must select the categories created in Shelter Cloud that correspond to the uploaded categories. To select one of the available categories, in the Category in Shelter Cloud column, click the arrow button on the right and select a category from the list.

  7. Next, open the Tariffs tab and select the tariff created in Shelter CLOUD that corresponds to the uploaded tariff.

  8. Go to the Shelter Cloud Settings tab and select the counterparty corresponding to the 101Hotels channel from the drop-down list.

    If the required counterparty is not in the list, create a new counterparty. For more information, see the article "Directory of counterparties".

  9. Next, click the Download Reservations button. If the download is successful, a corresponding notification will be displayed on the screen.

  10. After all the settings are completed, click the Unload All button to transfer the data to the channel. If the upload was successful, the corresponding message will be displayed.

The 101Hotels sales channel connection setup is complete, and the channel is ready to work.
