Check-in by reservation

In the block Reception on the Check-in tab we have unoccupied reservations.



In order to check in a guest, you need to press To settle. If a certain number has not been selected, the system will do it for you.

After that, a notification will appear which room the guest is staying in.




And now by clicking on the tabThey live, you can see the checked-in guest.



If you want to accommodate a guest in a specific room, then on the Check-in tab, click on booking.



In the field Room select the room where you want to check in the guest and click Save.



Now the reservation looks like this:



Click Settle.

A notification will appear that the guest is settled. And on the tabLive You can check this information.
