To create a group reservation, go to Chess and create an individual reservation. To do this, click on the check-in date, hold out and click on the check-out date.
The booking window will open. In the booking profile, enter the data for the first room and click Book.
Click on the top panel Actions and select Add new bookings to the order.
In the field that opens, enter data for a group of rooms with the same parameters (room category, rate, period of stay), specify the number of bookings and click Add.
If there are rooms in the group armor that will come in different categories or on different dates, then these will be different orders that need to be added separately.
To do this, press the buttonAdd to the orders field and fill in the corresponding fields. After that, press Add.
Payment for a group reservation can be made immediately for the entire order or separately for each reservation. When the button is pressedAdd to the Payments field, select either Add a booking payment, or Add payment for the entire order.
