Connecting the Armored Car channel (Bronevik.com )

Description

Bronevik.com — it is a booking system for hotels and related services in Russia and the CIS countries. The main advantage of the resource is to work with accommodation facilities under direct contracts. 

Integration with the system Bronevik.com allows you to expand the coverage area and increase sales.

Before setting up the connection

Before proceeding to setting up integration with the system Bronevik.com , a number of actions must be performed:

1. Send an email to Shelter technical support at support@shelter.ru . In the email, specify the following:

   • The subject of the email contains a request to connect the sales channel Bronevik.com .

   • The name or ID of your accommodation facility in the PMS system.

2. After receiving the request, Shelter technical support staff will contact the sales channel. Bronevik.com to get the hotel's ID in the channel system. This ID is transmitted to the hotel and then used to set up the channel.

Configuring the connection in the Shelter Cloud web office

After receiving the object ID in the Bronevik system:

1. In the Shelter Cloud web office, go to the Channel Manager section.

   

2. In the list of available channels on the right side of the screen, find the Bronevik channel and click Add.

   

3. In the window that opens, enter the hotel's code (ID) received from Shelter's technical support service and click Add.

   

4. The Bronevik channel will appear in the list of connected channels. To start the exchange with the channel, turn the toggle switch to the right of the name to the On position.:

   

5. To start working with a channel, check the box to the left of its name. After that, the available actions will be displayed in the line. Click onChannel management to go to the channel settings screen. Various actions are available on this page, including sending emails, downloading directories and bookings, as well as managing settings and restrictions.

6. To work with the channel, you must first download the directories. To do this, click Download Directories in the upper panel on the right. If the download was successful, a corresponding message will appear.

   

7. After downloading the directories, match the room categories on the Categories tab. The categories uploaded from the Bronevik channel are displayed on the left side of the screen. On the right side of the screen, you must select the categories created in Shelter Cloud that correspond to the uploaded categories.

   To select one of the available categories, in the Category in Shelter Cloud column, click the arrow button on the right and select a category from the list.

   In order for the data to be transmitted correctly, checkboxes must be placed on the right for each category — single, double or twin. The choice of the checkbox depends on the type of accommodation in the room category:

   • single — single occupancy. It can be used for all room categories.;

   • double — double occupancy in one double bed. The minimum bed width is 160 cm.;

   • twin — double occupancy in two separate beds. Additional placement. the place, including the sofa, does not belong to the twin category.

   

8. Next, open the Tariffs tab and select the tariff created in Shelter CLOUD that corresponds to the uploaded tariff.

   • Prices from the tariff are unloaded in the rack rate field, as the agency fee will be calculated from it.

   Important! The Fit rate is not being uploaded.

   • The N on-refundable rate (non-refundable rate) is unloaded only if it differs from the standard rate only by the price and the inability to cancel the reservation.

   

9. Go to the Shelter Cloud Settings tab and select the counterparty from the drop-down list that the accommodation facility is working with through the Bronevik sales channel.

   If the required counterparty is not in the list, create it as described in the article "Counterparty Directory".

10. Next, click the Upload All button to send the information to the sales channel. Bronevik.com . If the upload is successful, the corresponding notification will be displayed on the screen.

    The settings are completed, and the sales channel is ready to work.
